The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Family Entertainment Center, developing and implementing strategies to ensure profitability, and providing leadership and guidance to the staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving results.
This role has overall accountability to ensure the high quality and efficient execution of all operations, including focus and ownership within the FEC, Experience and Guest Service areas.
The GM is responsible for the oversight and leadership within the building, supporting and cultivating ownership of budget line items.
The GM ensures the team is continuously focusing on and improving the overall guest experience, The GM drives success and continuous growth by cultivating entrepreneurship within the team.
The GM supports the development of a positive internal culture, building and improving upon the employee experience resulting in a positive, fun work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
Develop and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Analyze data to make informed decisions.
