IT Support Specialist Responsibilities Answer phone calls from our multiple organizations Generate tickets into our system to ensure proper documentation Troubleshoot technological issues including phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently Ability to organize and prioritize work items IT Support Specialist Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed Exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Familiarity with Windows and Mac General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity and other technological office equipment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 IT Support Specialist Compensation Hourly - $15-$18 Job Type:
