Office Manager A highly reputable, rapidly growing, manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee in-office accounting/bookkeeping functions and maintain accuracy and integrity of the company's financial and accounting records.
The accountant will maintain financial books in a timely and accurate manner and support the human resources' function.
Required Qualifications Bachelors' degree required.
An accounting degree is preferred.
At least three (3) years of accounting experience.
Excellent Excel and Word skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities Manage the company's financial and accounting tasks providing the management team with an accurate representation of the company's financial health.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list.
Maintain the financial books based on GAAP.
Manage payroll administration.
Support the Management team in development of budgets and forecasts.
Prepare all financial and metrics reports for the management team.
Prepare Cash Management Report every week and present to the President.
Perform all month-end closing procedures to maintain accrual-based books.
Manage all bank account activity and code daily transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Provide a reconciliation book of all balance sheet accounts for review by the management team.
Assist tax preparations with any required documents and processing.
Monitor and ensure accurate and prompt recording of all bank deposits.
Maintain current list of all customers and locations.
Keep accounts current.
Manage the accounts payable/receivable process.
Manage personnel records.
