Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, and customer service - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Experience:
- Quickbooks experience is a must - Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of retail math - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
