We are seeking a candidate that has excellent computer skills and is comfortable talking to customers on the phone and in person.
The position will require a person who has a background in data entry and assisting customers on the phone who require service for plumbing and or heating related issues.
The ability to be flexible within the 8 hour day is important to function in this role.
Canidate must have the ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and remain polite during times of stress.
Knowledge of computer programs and ability to learn new procedures is paramount.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
