Digital Marketing Business Analyst in Battle Creek, MI.
This critical role will be key in defining and supporting the Global Digital Marketing IT Operations process. Kellogg's Digital Marketing platform supports hundreds of global websites and mobile applications. We need a technology professional who can work with our technology partners, marketing agencies, and IT team to continuously improve the overall environment. The Associate Operations Analyst will be involved in deploying new technologies and processes to ensure that our platform is efficient and secure.
In your role as an Associate Operations Analyst - Digital Marketing IT, you will help the Kellogg business to continue to grow our business and build on our success by:
Working with system engineers to understand technical requirements
Participating in and contributing to technical designs
Conducting testing to ensure requirements are met
Validating test results
Providing feedback on test results
Providing Level 2 operation support
Monitoring activity and logs problems
Documenting problem status and resolution
Installing system upgrades and service packs
Adhering to all policies, procedures and standards (includes platform security)
Aligning to enterprise standards for monitoring production, outputs, and
to ensure that SLAs, and other quality metrics, are being met
Working with vendors to resolve problems
Assisting in reviewing invoices
Staying current on industry trends
Assisting in the evaluation of future technologies and makes recommendations
Bachelor's Degree in
Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Web development experience
Strong understanding of DNS
Experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics, Webmetrics, etc)
Previous experience with databases and writing SQL queries
Strong Excel experience with graphing
Experience using project management, work flow, and task management tools such as AtTask or Microsoft Project
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) methodologies

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
