The candidate will provide legal support for the domestic and international intellectual property portfolio and for the company's US food business, including: trademark clearance, prosecution, and management; advertising and promotion review; digital brand protection; consumer privacy counseling; and food law counseling (excluding food safety matters). J.D. degree and admission to the Bar with prior legal experience are essential. Ability to effectively participate as a member of a team is preferred. Should have ability to counsel business teams using sound legal judgment to develop creative and practical business solutions. Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly with all levels in the business. Should have ability to proactively review and improve legal processes to help drive compliance
