Bronson Methodist Hospital is currently seeking the best RNs for our Level 1 Trauma & Emergency Center. Various shifts, hours, and start times available!!
At least 2 years of recent acute hospital experience preferred. Must have an Associate s degree, Diploma, or a BS or BSN degree from an approved Accredited Nursing Program prior to employment. Must have current RN licensure in the State of Michigan in good standing. Looking for an organized, dependable nurse who possesses excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills. Must be able to handle busy unit, have good organizational skills, enjoy patient teaching, and support Family Centered Care Philosophy. Preference given to those candidates who are willing and able to work more than the minimum number of shifts.
Orientation will require up to 12 weeks working full-time hours (per individual needs based on competency) including a mix of days and nights, 8 or 12 hour shifts. BSN required within 5 years of hire.
