We are searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager to continue their Lean journey at one of the world class facilities. This position could lead to an operations management level position. The scope of this position covers coordinating and employment of CI activities, development of continuous improvement strategies, identifying opportunities for cost reductions, quality improvements, process improvements and material flow improvements. The CI Manager will train associates at all levels of the company and interact with other facilities. This position will identify priorities, support plant management decisions making thorough effective data gathering and facilitate the development of plant layouts using Lean principles. Past experience developing training manuals, training programs / metrics, work shops and experience facilitating Lean / CI activities is needed. The CI Manager will facilitate and develop value stream maps, participate in Kaizen events and conduct best in class assessments. Past experience creating performance metrics and auditing Lean / 5-S activities maintaining and improving gains as needed.
Interested candidates will need heavy Lean or Six Sigma training and certifications and experience leading Lean activities, training and facilitating cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven work history and accomplishments improving profits, quality, processes, safety and flow. Experience working in a high volume manufacturing, metal forming, machining molding, stamping, forging, assembly or production manufacturing environment is preferred.
MUST HAVE: a 4 year technical degree or heavy continuing education and a solid proven track record of success. Candidates with certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and/or corporate production systems is a must. Strong planning, communication, documentation, leadership, facilitation, deployment and training skills are also a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
