We are searching for experienced machinists with multiple screw machine set up and operation knowledge. Interested candidates will need experience settings cams, collets, gears, feed fingers, pushers, cutting tools and tool holders. Previous experience making machine tool and cutting tool adjustments to achieve proper part dimensions and quality requirements is needed. We will consider candidates with Acme Gridley, New Britain, Index, Tornos, Schutte and/or Euroturn automatic screw machine experience. Basic machine repair and troubleshooting skills are a plus. Interested candidates will need experience using common screw machine attachments such as thread rolling, reaming, recessing and drilling. Advanced skills repairing, rebuilding and troubleshooting machinery and cutting tools is a plus.
MUST HAVE: 5 years of experience setting up and operating screw machines. Past experience on brands such as: Acme, New Britain, Index, Tornos, Schutte and/or Euroturn is needed. Knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders and machine attachments is also needed.
