Summary of Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager is responsible to manage Business Development activities for the division. He/she will coordinate any new business leads with the Costumer, and any other source. The Business Development Manager is responsible to coordinate and manage any RFQ's, ECN tracking and responses, CBA creation and analysis, customer specific documentation and is responsible for the management of the GSC and DFP systems. He/she will also contribute to any business analysis support to understand manufacturing and business impact of productivity improvement activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication and coordination with all internal customers, plant management and Team Members, maintaining positive team member relations
Follow the principles of the Charter
Support new program launches
Oversee preparation of all necessary Division Business Development reports for Corporate and Group offices
Interface with customers, suppliers and business sources as required
Help identify and effectively follow up on new business leads
Log, manage and ensure RFQ's/ ECN's are addressed in a timely manner
Prepare CBA's and related support information
Assist in CBA approval process
Assist in capital management and approval
Prepare and submit customer specific RFQ/ECN documentation
Manage and update the GSC and DFP databases/systems as required
Assist in any capacity, productivity, process costing, program management and CPMP activities as required
Report on status of business projects as required
Assist in preparation of Division Business Plan as required
Prepare special reports and analyses as required by the Division GM, Corporate or Group personnel
Provide required support to Sales and Engineering personnel in quotations on new or existing products
Stay abreast of new information systems technology
Complete correspondence, forms and report in Microsoft Office and other applicable programs
Handle confidential information on a regular basis
Encourage safety and housekeeping practices and lead by example
Promote and facilitate Open Door Process without reprisal, effective communication and Fair Treatment
Participate in Continual Improvement activities
Adhere to customer requirements, Business Operation System, and company policies

Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
Strong background in financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting
Minimum of 5
years progressively more responsible experience in the Accounting discipline within a manufacturing environment
Excellent analytical skills
Strong background with information technology
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Work Environment
Primarily office and includes manufacturing plant; plant floor characterized by temperature extremes, loud noise and considerable tow motor traffic
The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings and with Team Members, management, customers and suppliers.
Flexible and additional hours as required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
