As a Senior Finance Manager, you ll drive direction with the team to ensure viable financial solutions for our strategy and execution. In this role, you will be engaging with teams to support the business analysis, process management and providing financial and strategic insights.

This role could be in Battle Creek, MI, or Chicago, IL depending on the function it supports.
HERE S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
- Financial Strategy You ll lead and direct the financial planning process, including target setting and plan updates.
- P & L Management We need someone who has been successful on a cross-functional team and has managed a significant P & L. We need you to drive performance while meeting or exceeding business objectives.
- Communication is key! can you talk to non-financial co-workers and explain financial impacts? That will be important as a Senior Finance Manager. We will need someone that can work with a variety of people and influence them appropriately.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- Bachelor s Degree in business, finance, or another related field.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making will be required in this role
- Ownership of the financials:
P & L, Revenue Management, Overhead, etc. - Leadership and strong communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Master s Degree, MBA, or international equivalent
- Worked in an ERP and/or Planning system? Great, we use SAP and Anaplan and would love someone with prior experience
- Do you have a winning mindset? We need you to have the ability to drive performance and exceed business objectives
